I'll be in the minority, since Grindhouse is all the rage right now and everyone loves Sigourney so damn much, but I vote the werewolves.
An American Werewolf in London has some of the most revolutionary horror effects of all time, and the Dog Soldiers wolves aren't too shabby, either.
