Human Flesh, Tasty Irish Treat, Both?

Is anyone else reminded of Human Flesh when they eat corned beef? Something about its texture makes me think Jeffrey Dahmer.

Hmm Well, Corned beef isn't any different from regular beef. Corned beef is simply a plain old beef brisket which has been marinated or "corned" in a spicy solution which gives it that distinct flavor. So, texture-wise, it's no different from regular, uncorned brisket; aside from the flavor.

You know, one of my favorite breakfasts consist of 2 fried eggs, 2 strips of bacon and a little side of corned beef hash. Delicious indeed. NO, I'm not Irish! LOL

first, corned beaf does not look like human flesh
second, it doesn't taste like human flesh
