Ah yes, down there in the bottom of the picture is that can of "Spam Hawaii," which presumably is Spam that is pre-soaked in sweetened soy sauce, making "Spam musubi" (pictured on the can) easier to construct.

Take a slice of spam, fry it in sweetened soy sauce.

Put it on a bed of rice pressed into a rectangle.

Wrap it in a sheet of seaweed.
