You could try the site suggestions/questions forum or PM/e-mail Horror but i doubt it will do much good, if the mods can't get through to him we've got no chance :(

Yes there is, but it's pretty much been turned into a 'games' forum because it isn't of much use for anything else...

It's the suggestion box with a hole in the bottom of it, that's been placed above a garbage can
