Sequels prefered over the original
Was just wondering if anybody prefers any horror movie sequels over the original? I don't mean so much in terms of the quality of the production more along the lines of just enjoying them more to watch.
I will always say that NOES 4 is my favourite and the one I always find myself watching. And Friday The 13th 4 is also my favourite out of that series. Plus I much prefer The Fly 2 over the remake of The Fly.

I agree on Friday 4 or The Final Chapter. I always thought that was the best one.
I preferred Aliens over Alien. Not too many sequels are better than the original. I gotta give it some more thought, and the lunch buzzer just went off sooooo back to work I go.

Does that mean I can include Dawn Of The Dead over Night/Dead?
I'll take Aliens over Alien Friday part 4 Blade 2 over Blade (I agree with Empire Strikes Back, but the only thing scary in the trilogy was the Ewoks).

TCM 2 over the original I love the original as well but love the second for Chop Top.
Also Friday The 13th part 3. And I certainly agree about Empire Strikes Back.
