Rotting Body Drips Blood Through Ceiling

Cincinnati, Ohio -- Cincinnati police say they found a rotting body in a downtown apartment Thursday afternoon.

Investigators were on the scene of an apartment building on the 1300 block of Main Street in Over-the-Rhine.

District 1 police told News 5 the person died of natural causes.

Blood was dripping through the apartment’s floor into the room below as the body decomposed, police said. The person's name has not been released.

A woman working across the street told News 5 the body was found in Apartment 10 of the building, located just past Mr. Pitiful’s.
