Spam the Spammers
This was something I've suggested at other boards I'm on and it seems to really cut down the spam. Basically, if someone puts up spam, you post their email address as someone who has spammed the site. Then everyone here can sign them up for spam.
Trust me, once a few spammers see this, they will stay the hell away from your board.
