Explain to me in the Tony Todd version the zombies moved at the speed of dim and in Day of the Dead they were like fucking cheetas. Any thing to this that my n00b mind hasn't grasped yet? lol

maybe that was because there was no place for anyone to go in that claustrophobic underground base .
I watched it the other night and they still seemed pretty slow... there was just a lot of them is a small place. I really do love that movie :)

Okay first of all, the semi-intelligent zombie in DAY is 'Bub', not 'Bud'. Sorry, just something I noticed that was kinda buggin me, but no big deal.
In my opinion, DAWN is one of the top 2 horror movies ever made (with the original TCM). I really liked NIGHT and DAY, but they aren't even close to DAWN. Night is probably in my top 10 and DAY in my top 15 or 20. All 3 are excellent and make for the most thuroughly awesome franchise in horror. I absoutely can not wait for LAND! It's gonna be fuckin' sweet! I doubt it will be able to top DAWN, but I'm hoping for something right in between DAY and NIGHT in terms of coolness. The gore will probably top DAY though, so I'll be looking forward to that!

If Romero had a larger budget, Day probably would have been the best of the trilogy. One thing I can't get past though is the horrible acting and cheesy music, bring back Goblin :).

i thought the actors in Day were great ...
The 2 'heavies' bugged me the 1st time .. but i started to think it was appropriate in later viewings ... they were losing their minds. Something that could be very cool ... Land is filming here in Toronto right now. I just called to see if i could be an extra ... they took my name and number so I'm crossing my fingers. Man - what a dream come true that would be ... a zombie extra in a Romero film ! A guy who does a lot of work with horror here in Toronto (teaches a horror fim course, plays in a horror themed band - does radio reviews) just told me that Asia Argento co DJ'd with him at a party on Hallowe'en. How freaking cool is that ?
