It's just a case of Spanish/English translation; some movies - like BAISE MOI and TESIS - retain their original language titles on the packaging and the print itself of the English releases (of course the former translates as "Fuck Me" - imagine that on billboards).
Asking for, say, LO SQUARTATORE DI NEW YORK instead of THE NEW YORK RIPPER in Blockbuster though would lead to complications.
