Questions About “Sacrifice” **SPOILERS**
Ok, so basically this movie is about a cult who worships the Cthulhu, but I have a a couple questions...
1. Why did the ferryman help Isaac’s mother escape 25 years earlier, but he didn’t help Emma escape? After all, he did say he wasn’t afraid of the local peasants, right? 2. Why did the cult end up sacrificing Isaac and not Emma? Why was it so important to them that someone who escaped 25 years earlier be sacrificed now?
