ABSURD AKA ANTHROPOPHAGUS 2 1981
A beast of a man able to regenerate wounds almost instantly goes on a killing rampage in a tiny town. The only way to kill him is to destroy his brain. He winds up in a house with an invalid young girl and her little brother. Inventive kills, good build up of suspense..pretty decent.

These are lovely tales and run the length of a movie. A family awakes to find their house encased in steel and the temperature steadily rising. Also their daughter seems to be undergoing a disturbing personality change.
