RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD (1985). Always liked this one. Pretty visceral, but decent soundtrack (had it on vinyl) and lots of humor, especially by James Karen. For a couple of months, would call friends/brother and say when they answered "I know you're there...'cause I can smell your brains!"
