Im rambling...all Im saying: Give Oldboy another chance!

IMO it did live up to it's hype, and I agree with The_Return, check it out again sometime... you never know. :)

I agree on the end parts of oldboy being not all that dynamic...I mean through and through it was ok, but the revealation at the end that it was some fool caught up by a schoolyard rumour that wasn't really...I mean, surely it wasn't worth the time...but hey, it was ok by me.
Maybe best watched with the other ones in the series?

(i personally think the film lives up to the hype and beyond. fucking incredible movie imo) i think im gonna watch that oldboy fight scene again right now though. what an amazing piece of film making.
