Creep 7.5/10 - I thought this movie was pretty good. The director did a great job with the set and creating an atmosphere. Franka Potente did a great job as usual, and the villain was very well done. The movie left a lot of questions unanswered as to the origins of the killer, but I'm ok with it as it leaves it up to the viewers to deduce and use their imagination. What I didn't like was the behavior of the people in peril. I hate it when people have the killer down and dont finish him off. That's all I will say. Other than the last part, an enjoyable experience.

I really enjoy both. Translations never bother me.

The book is one of the best stories I've read in years. It is a good bit different than the movie, but I enjoyed the book more because the story was written so beautifully. If you haven't read it, I would highly recommend it.

"Darkman"

I love this movie. I remember seeing it in the theaters and thinking it was great, and years later I still think it is one of Sam Raimi's best movies

No?

I was disappointed about the ending as well, because i thought the whole movie was build up really nice ´n creepy with brilliant atmosphere right up to the final climatic confrontation with the supernatural which...... NEVER HAPPENS!!!

re the changeling chandelier scene ..

i'm old enough so that i saw this in the theatre ..
the film sas so good and i was so engrossed in it - that when the chandelier fell i felt it was falling on me and i jumped a mile.

some things work better on the big screen.

I just watched Trailer Town, and uhhh yeah it was pretty lame. I wanted to like it, but I didn't even crack a smile

Victor Wong played the professor in Prince of Darkness. I believe the character that urge is talking about is the Asian student (don't know the actor's name but the character was Walter).
