Two more lists have come in, which takes the overall tally to 7. Thank you roshiq & Straker.

Keep the lists coming, folks! The 50s are beginning to take shape.

I gotta say, if we're still going over the 40s stuff you guys should get some kids and some adults together and rewatch The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Bing Crosby is great, it's spooky, the animation is fantastic... it's just one of my favorite horror pieces of all time. Sure, it's a lighthearted take on the original story, but it's held up better than most of the films on that list.

I'm pretty late to this discussion and not sure if my vote counts, but I totally agree. If we're talking about the history of horror, this one is a must.

Think that era is closed now, La manoir du diable did make the final list however, so its all good.

Right now I think its the 1940s that's up for debate, so you are free to give your opinions on any of those and also no reason why you can't start putting your lists together and sending them into V.... I'm sure V will be along to give a recap of how things work, but if you are reading through the thread anyway you will work out whats going on, just a case of sending your list to V.

Yep, the 20s is done, and Le Manoir Du Diable made the cut. You are free to send me your chosen top 20 from all eras through PM, if you go through the entire thread.

Yes, the 40s is still under debate. Updating the master list of the 40s and re-posting again, for further perusal.
