I really wish I could have stayed for the end, and I did plan to. It was only last Thursday that it dawned on me that I was going on a two week cruise starting Saturday. I decided to wait until I got onto the boat to see if there was free wifi or anything like that (internet wasn´t too helpful beforehand) but alas when I arrived I discovered they were charging 50 pence a minute which really stacked up. In fact, when I came online the other day to quickly let V know I couldn´t continue in the competition and post that message it cost me 7 Pounds (I also checked facebook). The only reason I´m able to post this is because we´ve found an Internet Cafe in Cartegena.
Really sorry guys, I feel so guilty considering the sacrifices some of you made to keep me in. To the remaining five I say good luck, you all really deserve to win. And to V, I say thank you very much for an incredibly enjoyable competition. I sincerely hope we get to see a forth but as you said, that might be unlikely.
