Can't figure out what this movie is...

Hi. My friend and I were trying to figure out the title of a movie she saw the beginning of a few years ago. All she can remember is that it opens with a husband and wife leaving a party and the wife starts giving the husband oral sex. He doesn't pay attention to the road and ends up hitting an old lady (possibly a witch of some sort?). Skip to later in the movie and the father bakes a poison cake to feed to his wife but his daughter ends up eating it. I know this sounds wierd and the info is small, but maybe someone knows? Thanks.
