Dreadful direct-to-video dreck that seemed to come out as some sort of package deal with Ed Gein, Dahmer, and Gacy(a best of...serial killer fun fest). Shot with the headache inducing hand-held camera, and with an added bonus- voice over narration of the killers drunken thoughts. As cheesy(and not in a good way) as Speck himself. Skip it and rent 10 to Midnight. At least that had Charles Bronson and production values.
