Irritation

I find myself becoming irritated at the lack of common sense displayed by my work counterparts, its eating me up inside.

I don't think you can really escape that sort of thing. Every job I've had has found me disagreeing with many of coworkers. But, I think that's just natural. As long as it doesn't affect you directly, I would just ignore it and make sure I do my job the way it needs to be done.

I know what you mean though...but agree that there will ALWAYS bee at least one co-worker who gets under your skin....unleass of course you are self-employed...

At the last job i had, the manager abused me....he would make me do all the bitch work like cleaning everything, the walls even:rolleyes: , but then he would make me clock out, and go drive MY car somewhere and get him lunch, OFF THE CLOCK, then come back and clock back in....

Often he would tell me to be at work at 8 or 9, and when i got there, he would make me sit and wait to clock in since business was slow (which is illegal mind you)...

He even, on chirstmas eve when he KNEW i had to drive 3 hours to get home for xmas, kept me later than usual despite the fact that we had NO business, to clean the walls and shit....AGAIN...

Finally i had had enough and one day when he told me i could get off at 8 and he kept me to 10 saying to clean this and clean that i said "clean it your GODDAMN SELF WAYNE!!" and got in my car and left a tire scratch damn near the length of a football field....the whole county must have heard it.....ill never forget that day tho....
