Price, and I don't find Donald Pleasance voice to be creepy at all. In fact, I find Vincent Price's voice rather pleasing to the ear when he isn't aiming to be creepy. Neither voice is all that creepy to me overall.

Oh, if we had options…Bradley is a good one.

Angus Scrimm as the Tall Man has a really distinctive and unsettling voice. He enunciates perfectly and says everything with a kind of ultra confident, malevolent snarl/hiss. That's creepy!!

Very true, that's a great one. I met him at Texas Frightmare Weekend last year.

The Candyman's voice was always hella creepy to me. Also agree with the person who said the babadook.
