I think it might be a network title, as it was on the PSN and the full version was around $15.

I downloaded the demo on the 360....It looked and felt like a ps1 game....It handles like shit....Try the demo before you buy....

Agreed. Totally clunky. Bad UI, sluggish, and graphics aren't really great. Thanks for the reminder that you can download demos before buying. :D
