forgot the name of the movie.
ok i hardly remember anything at all but i need to find out the name. its driving me crazy. the front cover shows an angry man with a clown face in a leather jacket firing and automatic weapon. i remember the movie being about a man working at a carnival as a clown but slowly starts to lose it. i think by the end of the movie he goes to the top of a building with a gun to try and shoot people. he is unable to do it. the cover didnt match the movie at all. does this sound familiar to anyone. i guess the movie is more of a thriller but i do remember renting it from the horror section.
