Movies similar to Blood Creek/Town Creek?

Can anyone recommend me a movie in which there is one monster and a few people are trying to kill it?

It is better if the monster is intelligent... I mean not anything like a mindless zombie at least.

Can you name a few of them please?

Well,I enjoyed Death watch,The bunker etc but as I said 'a monster' ,as such, is subjective! If you want a bit of intelligence then i'd stick with some of the Halloween/Friday 13th films.
May is good too.

Death Watch and The Bunker looks very very promising. Please recommend more like this.
I haven't seen May but I'm not sure if that's what I'm looking for.
No need a specific definition, it can be anything, as long as it is not human or animal... Can be an alien, vampire, anything...

Session 9 is creepy.Tis more psychological .The eye and the Eye 2 along the same vein.
