I've read The Lost, Red, Off Season, Off Spring and The Girl Next Door. I thought they were all great. Red is probably my favorite and i really liked the movie version of that as i did Lost and The Girl Next Door. Offspring was good too but i didnt think it was that great of an adaptation. I still need to read Cover and The Woman. There's probably more i'm not thinking about either. I think he's awesome.

ive read hide and seek wich from what ive been told is very different to jack ketchum's other books. it takes a long while to pick up but once they're in the house its a thrill ride. ive also got cover, the lost, old flames and his collection of short stories Peaceable Kingdom to read.
ive watched the films the lost wich i loved, girl next door and red. all of his books seem to transfer well into film |

Can't wait to see the film adaptation of The Woman. Him and Lucky McKee seem to work well together.

Do you like Ketchum? Would you recommend him to someone (like me) who's more into the creepy and less into the exploitative? |

I thought Lucky did a great job with Red. That's my favorite book of Ketchum's and was really happy with the film.
