time traveller or not?
Is the person in this film clip a time traveller, a old lady with a old fashion hearing aid. Or just cgi?
http://news.ninemsn.com.au/entertain...n-chaplin-film If it's cgi. Then it's very very well done. Last edited by wufongtan.; 10-27-2010 at 02:34 PM. |

Quote:
1. it's just too small. And there is no large opening on the other end of the device she was holding. 2. It isn't connected to the white thing around her neck. 3. If it was. Why was she holding it up to ear, when no one was talking to her? Those things were virtually useless. And you practically had to yell into the open end for them to hear. So She would hardly be holding it up to her ear, to help her hear the noise of everyday life. 4.I think it's pretty clear. That her body language indicates she was talking to someone. Sorry for the bad link. This one should work http://news.ninemsn.com.au/entertain...n-chaplin-film |

It's not an ear trumpet. It's a HEARING AID.
http://hearing.siemens.com/sg/10-abo....jsp?year=1924 Why would someone be holding it up to their ear? SO THEY COULD HEAR THE AMPLIFIED SOUND. However, the gullible and feeble-minded will always find ridiculous things to argue about, so proceed. Also- do you have the slightest idea how a cell phone works? It sends a signal to a satellite dish, which then transmits the signal to a satellite orbiting the Earth. Did this time traveler bring her own dish and satellite with her to make the cell phone work?
