PC Help. Winner gets a cookie.

I finally got into my Vista admin account (Cheers to zwoti). So, without the Vista discs, and without using system restore, how can I do a full system wipe, and make my pc like new? I've done it before, a long time ago, but I can't remember how, and my pc is about to have a seizure if I don't just start it over. I want to master clear everything, and restart fresh. If anyone has any directions on how to do this, i'd appreciate it a lot.

If it helps:

I have a Dell XPS 410 with Windows Vista home premium.

I don't think you can really...as the thing you're describing seems to be a reformat, which in my experience initiates from the windows disk being present, and ran.
The only other alternative I see would be to take everything off manually onto disks, go into "add or delete programs", and delete everything you don't need, download SPYBOT, update it, run it, then run a defragment...might get you up and running faster?

I'd bite the bullet and take it to shop to get repaired. They have all the discs and shit there to sort it out.

certain brands have hidden system partitions that allow you to factory restore your pc, but dell's not one of them.

ideally you need to do a system restore, but aside form that then cheebs is the next best thing.
