King

I love stephen king movies and books. What does everyone else feel about him. I think he definitly is a master mind when it comes to horror. You can not base every thing on his movies though, because some are better then others. If you ever read any of his books, then you would know how demented he actually is. When you read his books you can picture everything in your mind. The one book I read by him I had to stop reading for a moment, because I was shocked by what I just read.

The book I was talking about was Regulators. The ending was quite shocking. Also the end of Cujo was off the wall. Did you ever read any of his books.

I've read Pet sematary,Carrie and a bunch of other novellas - Man Pet sematary is one of the best books I've ever read and it did explain Gales death in detail that's kinda strong because same thing nearly happend to King himself

King

I started reading 2 Stephen King books which I never finished- Delores Claiborne and Desperation. But the latter sucked so bad...

As far as his movies go, I can't believe they're STILL being made! They need to make 1 more Children of the Corn movie though, with the subtitle being something like: The End of the Legend, or Buried for Good, or No More Bogus Sequels...

It's just a shame that Pet Sematary 2 didn't blow up like the original... Not. Stephen King sequels stink! Misery and Carrie were pure excellence! Tommyknockers wasn't awful. Firestarter was okay, The Shining was a disappointment, the TV miniseries was a little better. But let that be the very end of Stephen King adaptations and remakes and miniseries and all...

Needful Things was campy, but altogether entertaining. Children of the Corn was limp, but the opening was promising. Christine and Sometimes They Come Back were supremely bad. Cujo was good, Night Flier was really good, Delores Claiborne was great. Creepshow is a masterpiece. And I simply won't watch The Green Mile!

Worst Steven King movie EVER...is a tie between "Thinner" and that crappy mini-series "The Stand." I think the ones which get the "made for tv" treatment are the worst. Best Steven King movies are Deloris Claiborn, Pet Semetary, Christine(I LOVE this one), Carrie, Misery and of course, The Shining.
