A top 20 from Tarantino to discuss
I like how he gave Unbreakable some props. I know a couple of you would agree with his sentiments. |

One of the things I really like about Tarantino is that he approaches, and makes, films from the audience's standpoint, and not from a critic's or a scholar's standpoint.

Anything Else sucked. So did Speed.

I agree with him saying how Speed was kickass back in the day especially on the big screen.

But it doesn't hold up to a third viewing. Anything Else is in and Chasing Amy and Bad Lieutenant are out?

Bad Lieutenant should've been in there for sure aswell as Romper Stomper.

Interesting choices - I was sure he'd mention OLDBOY.
Personally I'd have Clerk on the list but its just a personal service. Unforgiven came out in 1992 too. Some randoms: O Brother, Where Art Thou? Magnolia Slingblade. Being John Malkovich RIngu Brain Dead Natural Born Killers (Does Tarintino like this film?) Pan's Labyrinth and The Devil's Backbone |

I don't think so. He got pretty fucked off that the studio wouldn't sell him back the script after Reservoir Dogs came out.
