Starting production soon from the sick and twisted mind of director David Williams is THE CABIN.

"Deep in the woods on a remote mountainous area of southwestern New York a cabin waits. It has been empty for years...possibly decades. Its grime coated windows reflect the passing of the seasons, the dark clouds that cross the bloodless moon, the dense flocks of screaming crows. Spiders build webs. Their young are born and build their webs. Every corner is festooned with the dried husks of flies sucked dry for spider dinner. The floor is thick with swarms of dead insects trapped within and baked in the summer heat. Mice scurry looking for crumbs. Something else scurries looking for them. The floorboards creak though no one walks upon them. Joints shift. Wood moans as rot and mold and moss take hold. Metal rusts. Animals scratch at the doors but flee when the scent of something unknown and terrible is caught. The something that lurks in the cabin. The something that waits. The something that no longer wishes to be alone."

Anyone familiar with Red Scream Films? They produced Frightworld, Prison of the Psychotic Damned and the recently released Red Scream Vampyres. They are also behind the gory erotic Red Scream Magazine.

Director David R. Williams just shot some promotional footage today and the movie is being shot in August. This should be an interesting piece as it's going to be huge directorial challenge.
