Chestburster scene in the original Alien (only really shocking if you have no idea how the aliens reproduce or seen any of the subsequent movies).
Scene where Roger wakes up as a zombie in the original "Dawn of the Dead" Alien experimentation parts of "Fire in the Sky" When Jack Torrance looks in the mirror and realizes he is making out with a corpse and not a beautful woman in Kubrick's "The Shining". these are just a few that come to mind.....

As for me, I'm going to go with the end of Audition and the razor wire scene in Suspiria. The Suspiria one isn't too gorey but the idea of it makes me sick to my stomach I was shaking for 5 minutes after it happened and am a little bit right now just from thinking it.
