Japanese lyrics

I'm trying to learn to play and sing a song by a Japanese band, and want to do it in the original Japanese lyrics. But it's been a bitch memorizing them. Anybody any good at memorizing Japanese lyrics? Got any tips or memorization tricks?

The only thing I can say is listen to the song alot and read the lyrics alot. This is what usually helps me out.

But yeah, generally I suck ass at memorizing shit so....

I wouls just try to memorize one section of the song at a time until you get it down pat, then move onto the next part and so on and so on.
