help please

So now joshuabe;s thread got me wondering what this movie is called.

It's baout a little girl who is afraid of her father and escapes him by travelling into her drawings. Where there is a house and she hides there with her male friend.
SOmehow her father finds his way into this house and they fight or something. I really can't remember but it's very surreal and trippy.

It sounds a lot like Tideland based on the trailer and different adverts I have seen from the film. But I haven't seen the actual film. So... I couldn't say. How did I inspire this inquiry, anyway? :p

Tideland is an amazing flick. Really dark and yet still totally innocent. Sad and uplifting. Really fucked up and visually stunning. Very highly recommended.
