I posted this in a bulletin on MySpace, but not everyone is on MySpace, so I figured I'd bring it here, too
Skip the 'Astrology is bullshit' responses, I'm aware Now, for the important part Scorpio is going through a 'trials and tribulations' phase, it's as bad as the 'transistion phase' that Tauruses had to suffer through last year, so pay attention Scorpios...We are being SEVERELY tested right now... I haven't even talked to most of you recently (because I'm dealing with my own shit at the moment), but if you're a REAL Scorpio, you know exactly what the hell I'm rambling on about Just keep in mind that this time of year isn't one of our best times to begin with, so it just figures that this would happen NOW...Also keep in mind that OUR time is in the fall (that's when our energy is at its peak...We rise from the ashes like the Phoenix), so all the shit you're dealing with right now, should be resolved by October-November, if we work on it now and give it all we've got You are probably experiencing one or more of the following: 1) Financial problems 2) Problems at work 3) Car trouble 4) Things breaking and having to be fixed or replaced at home 5) Relationship problems 6) Illnesses 7) Just about anything that could make life a bit difficult As for ME (If you're interested) All of this has happened in the past week and a half: 1) Seri wrecked her Jeep...She's fine (Luckily and happily), but I had to bribe the towtruck driver to bring her and her vehicle to my house, out of his county, and to keep it out of their shop where they tow wrecked vehicles...$140 cash 2) The impeller broke inside of our swimming pool filter pump (the pump was only 1 month old, supposed to last for 3 years), and I STILL can't find any replacement filters for the pump 3) The receipt that I needed to get the pump replaced was the ONLY receipt (out of several) that the baby just happened to pour water on and ruin 4) After replacing and gathering all of the info that I needed to get the pump replaced and faxing it to the manufacturer, I'm pretty sure that they somehow didn't receive the fax because I haven't heard anything back...So, still no filtration for the swimming pool 5) Dustin's paycheck BOUNCED...His PAYCHECK...That NEVER happens...As a result, I can't pay our car insurance until it's straightened out (it's due by the first), and our bank account is now seriously overdrawn, WITH the resulting fees added 6) We got the front steps fixed last weekend, but now the backyard gate is broken...No idea how it happened...Has to be fixed 7) Night before last the baby was throwing up from about midnight to almost 8am...He threw up 7 times...I have no idea WHY he was throwing up, he was perfectly fine before it started, and he's completely okay (and trying to climb on top of this computer) right now And I hadn't had any sleep, and barely have even up to now, which is making ALL of these things more difficult to deal with...I NEED mental clarity to deal with all of this...Zombies don't do this shit very well 8) The day before yesterday I received an eMail from the car insurance company about Seri's wreck, with the claim number and information, as well as a note saying that our 'insurance premium would be adjusted accordingly'...Meaning: 'You must now send us MORE money in addition to the too much you are already paying for car insurance' 9) That night, the boys were rough-housing upstairs, and broke the bathroom door so that it wouldn't open or close all the way...Gotta fix that 10) Yesterday I received a statement from the medical insurance carrier that says that PART of Seri's surgery expenses were denied because 'A questionaire requesting information pertaining to possible additional insurance carriers for the named insured was not received'...Which is incorrect, as I sent that questionaire back to them stating that she did NOT have any other medical coverage except for theirs, and they sent me back a letter saying that it had been received and claims would be processed...That was A YEAR AGO...They have processed all of her claims since then, up till now, including MOST of the charges that have to do with her surgery, except for TWO (the emergency room and surgery room charges)...That doesn't even make SENSE...But, it's one more thing to deal with and of course since I received that letter yesterday, I can't do a thing about it until Monday 11) Last night, as Dustin was leaving for work...The truck wouldn't start...Gotta fix that today (with no money, because the paycheck he put into the account yesterday doesn't even cover the deficit made by the fact that the paycheck before that one bounced) And there's MORE, but I'll have mercy on you guys and leave it at this...I'm pretty sure you're getting the point anyway... So...In short...Be strong Scorpios, we CAN and WILL get through all of this (because we DO), and just know that it isn't your fault, you haven't been cursed, and I sympathize with you 100%...The universe has simply decided to test our strength and abilities And NOW we're out of toilet paper!...*sigh* :p

Well...my wife is a Scorpio...and she's going through some of those rough patches right now...
- Her work has suddenly increased so much she's bringin her accounting books to home and maintainin em till 1-2 AM at night. Sleep deprivation is makin her a bit cranky and she gets irritated at the slightest things. - Our dog whom she adores and loves very much has suddenly gone sick, and she's worried as hell about him. The doc's been around and gave him some shots, but he hasnt improved. - Yesterday she cooked some potatoes then threw em away in disgust because they didnt taste good. I told her I would have eaten it, but anyway... - She had saved some money but forgot that she had spent it on some repairs and purchases earlier. She did some shopping at the mall and sure enough, her purse was near-empty. Thank god for my credit card... - She's running a slight temperature and by the symptoms...she ll get cold and the flu very soon. I am worried... - Her boss has become very demanding at work. She has had 1-2 verbal fights with him and feels very low by the time she returns home. Since I ve been out for the past 10 days out of 12, she's been missing me as heck. The good thing is that she feels a lot better with me around...so I m trying to be around for her. Nothing like a smile on that beautiful face...but my work keeps me out of home for long periods of time so... O well...we will get through this...eventually...

Good luck to all of you Scorpios, ill-starred though you might be at the moment. My best advice is to remember how strong you are, and that Scorpios don't take any shit, they dish it out in abundance. I'm moved by your faith, bloodrayne. Thanks for reminding me and everyone else that these things come up and people survive them.

@ Despare...There's a good chance that you have something in your astral chart that keeps you from being a full, 100% Scorpio...That would keep you from getting hit by this...If not, I hope it doesn't hit you TOO hard (but, it seems like it would have most certainly done it by now if it was going to because the cycle is in full swing at the moment and should be winding down in about 2-4 weeks)...It seriously sucks
These wide-sweeping cosmic events usually only hit one sign, and at one time per year...They can be good or bad, but extreme one way or the other...I'll be really happy when this one is over @ V: I feel for your wife, I really do...The sleep deprivation is part of the 'test' to see how well you perform when you're at your worst...I know it sounds weird (and kinda stupid) but, if you're going through it, you can TOTALLY understand it... I have no idea why (or how) these events occur and how the planetary alignments can cause it...But, they CAN truly end up being cataclysmic events... Luckily for Scorpio, this one depends on US...Our actions will determine the outcome...As with any test, if we do everything right, we will pass and all should be much better in the fall...If we give up, or buckle under the pressure, we will fail (we could lose our homes, our relationships, our jobs, etcetera...I'm serious, this really IS a pretty big one)...It's that simple Scorpios are strong enough to do this...We have everything it takes to overcome it...Our only downfall could be our impatience, because this isn't something that can be done RIGHT NOW, especially when we keep getting hit with something NEW every damned day or two:mad: The key to this one is to deal with each problem as it comes, take things one at a time, fix it then move onto the next...This won't be easy as everything is kinda NEEDING to be DONE right now...It's extremely frustrating If you look at each one of these problems individually, on their own, they don't really seem like such a big deal, just things that normally happen from time to time and we deal with it...BUT, ALL of these things being dumped on your head ALL AT ONCE...THAT becomes a pretty big deal As you've said, being there with her makes it better...That's actually very true...Scorpios draw strength (and energy) from other people, and just knowing that someone gives a shit certainly helps, too...So, be there for her, don't lose patience with her (remember, as bad as we may get during this time, we can't really help it, we have a LOT to deal with, while we are at one of our weakest points, and we are NOT used to feeling overwhelmed or out of control of our situations)...And you're absolutely correct, you WILL get through this...soon
