Help On Movie Names

Hi!

I am trying to remember the names of two horror movies from the 1950's. They were low budget films but were very good.

They used to come on TV but I have not seen them lately.

The first starred Lee Van Cleef (later on Spaghetti western star) and I believe was directed by Roger Cormen.

The story was about a monster from outer space that tried to take over the world.

The second was about a spacecraft that landed in the desert. The alien took over the minds of both the humans and the animals.

Could someone please help this old woman. I know vampires have immortality but that still doesn't stop the "senior" moments.

I would like to know the names so that I can see if they are available on DVD for my collection.

Thanks.

This is a list of Lee Van Cleef films:

The closest one I can think of is "The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms, (1953)", it was about a dinosaur that was awakened by atomic bomb testing. Lee killed the monster with a radio-active isotope.

I'll work on the other one

Thanks

Thanks for the quick response to my question.

I have It Came From Outer Space.

There is another one similar to It came From Outer Space that came out in the 50's and it's about a space alien taking over humans and animals. It's one of those that do not show up on TV these days unless you have a dish with 6oo channels.

Who in the hell would have time to browse that! Lol!

I'm going to check Movies Unlimited to see if It Conquered The World is available.

Have a good weekend. Don't watch too many horror movies now!
