fed ex charging me VAT
i just got a bill for £22.50, for EU VAT on 10 dvd's i bought from an american site, from fed ex. i've ordered from the states before and never received a bill like this. is this an administrative error? do i have to pay? had i been lucky with previous orders? what would you do? i live in the UK. thanks for any info!:)
