Post Black Christmas remake

I saw the trailer and I first thought it was the prequel to the Hannibal Lecter films (The murders, cookies made of human flesh...) Nothing beats the orginal, but as long as there's the girl propped up in the window w/ the cellophane/plastic bag over her head, I'm game.

Going by what a few people who have seen the film are saying, it supposedly sucks. But people were saying that same shit about TCM The Beginning.

I will definitely be in the theatre on Christmas.

It wasn't that bad. Not the best movie I ever seen, but it sure as hell wasn't the worst. My hopes for Black Christmas aren't all that high anyways, but I'll see it regardless. Its not like there's a shitload of horror movies to choose from in theatres.

I've seen the original. Its actually one of my favorite horror films. I remember it really creeping me out when I was a kid.

The original was a mess, I thought, until the last 15 minutes or so.

I won't deny that there is plenty of room for improvement on this one. It really was one of the slowest and most uneventful films of it's genre. But the plasticwrapped body in the attic still lingers as an iconic horror image.
