Midnight Meat Train
I don't know if you've read it but if you have surely remember it.
From Clive Barkers Books of Blood, Midnight Meat Train. Well according to his web site Clive Barker's Lost Souls, Midnight Meat Train is becoming a movie. I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this is awesome.

lol I remember the thread about this film, months ago, I think the majority said the title sounded like some cheezy porno flick.
btw hope the film is good.

I imagine not a lot of cgi. It should contain a bit of make- effects though. It's sure to be bloody.
