Im not.

Ive been meaning to re-watch the remake...hated it the first time, but I have the DVD so maybe I'll give it another chance.

The previews for this new one just look stupid though...the kid standing on the table? Please.

I'll watch it eventually. I was unimpressed with the first remake. didn't hate it by any means; just kind of "blah, whatever."

Got about 1,000 movies in front of it (literally) I might get to it by the time Grudge 16 is out in theaters and Sarah Michelle Geller is staring in the remake of The Golden Girls.

Hated the first remake when I went to see it in theatres, but when rewatching it on DVD... I found myself enjoying it. It has a certain vibe to it that I really enjoyed.

I'm seeing the sequel this Sunday with a group of friends who all seem to be pretty freaked by the previews alone. I thought the trailers and footage released so far was pretty well done, not realistic, but so over-the-top and do-anything-to-scare-you that it would be fun to see.

Not expecting a new The Descent or anything, just something worth 90 minutes of entertainment.

No he isnt!

Fuck, why does NOBODY know the difference between "producing" and "directing"? Sam IS NOT directing this film, he's PRODUCING it.

Same way as he DIDNT direct Boogeyman...and Tim Burton DIDNT direct Nightmare Before Christmas.

I really do not know what to do... I want to do something special with my Aunt when she visits. We both love horror films. The Grudge 2, Texas Chainswaw Massacre: The Beginning, and Saw 3 are my only choices to take her out to a movie. I suspect that they will all suck. Someone please help me decide!
