Movie Refrences in real life
Do any of you try to integrate movie refrences in your everyday lives? Im sure some of you must have good stories...
I try to, but rarely get a chance...and when I do, people usually dint get it. Did a good one today though. Im in a stage production of Treasure Island, right? We're still just starting out, and today was one of the first times we rehersed with the pirate ship set. Well the sets arent actually built yet, so we just use blocks ad stuff to show where stuff will be, right? On top of that, our rehersal space is pretty cramped considering the size of the cast. Everyone was pretty clumped together on "the ship", and our director told everyone to spread out as best they could. Needless to say, I crack out the obvious line: "I think we're gonna need a bigger boat"

The other day one of my teacher's asked us to name some good metaphors.
I said "We'll make Rock Ridge feel like a chicken caught in a tractor's nuts."

I make references to movies all the time. Back in high school, most people didn't get the references, and I felt old.

i always refrence movies,tv songs and books everything.....i cant help it....they're all in my subconcious....my sister always asked 'are you quoting again?' after i say something she dosent get/understand
