Looking for the name of some horror movies

I am trying to remember the name of some Horror movies
The First involved Two man in a Dungeon
one old man was taken away and had something Nasty done to his eyes and was returned to his dungeon The other man who was chained out side of the others cell could not stand to look at him.
So the first old man decided to have some fun and picked up a cup and started tapping like this (Tap TAp TAP look at me Tap TAp TAP look at me Tap TAp TAP look at me ) till finaly the other guy got smart and just ripped his eyes out of his Head The Old Man was not very happy with this you Spoiled My Fun attitude.


The next one was one advertised at theaters I never got to see
it involved some guy loseing his arm and having it donated
to someone else and he Wanted it Back.



Another one is a real old one from the 60 I think
that involved these monsters that were mutated in the ocean by some radioative cansters and started to come on the beach killing a bunch of people they found a simple way to kill them off
but I cant remember wat it was .

I'm not sure about the first two, but the last one sounds like Humanoids From The Deep. It was done in the 70s(?) with Doug McClure in the lead role.

Sounds like "Horror of Party Beach," too, a black and white movie with basically the same story.
