Probably....
.....some of the best visionaries or film-makers come outta japan. i love em, the photography is second to none and i love ta shite myself up with a descent jap horror/thriller film. audition, ringu and dark water are some ov my faves. i dont like the remakes that are coming out at the moment. I still bought em tho, just to see and no, they dont do their eastern cousins justice. that my personal opinion anyway....
