help with horror themed thesis

hello
as a sombody who enjoys horror movies more than any other genre I thought it was apropriate for me to do my first english thesis on "the progression of the horror genre" so what I need help with is, what do you all think would be the best websites to visit, to obtain an in depth history of the horror genre. any help would be appreciated.

Reading "Danse Macabre" by Stephen King may give you an interesting perspective on American horror media, I think. Or at least, I thought it made sense and I recommend it.

Then go to 'Modern Horror'.


Then go to 'Upcoming Horror'.
