Question Question!!

Ok, heres one for you guys. My mother said she's been trying to remember what this movie was. She hardly remembers anything, and it didnt ring a bell with me...so here goes:

-She saw it in the 70's
- Plot involved a blind woman being terrorized in her home
-Girl may have been blonde
-Title was something to do with "Stranger" or "Dark" [NOT When a Stranger Calls]

Hopefully you guys can help...

You might possibly have your 'year bracket' wrong. The film you might be thinking of could very well be "Eyes Of A Stranger" which came out in very early 1981.

Both "All Movie Guide" and "IMDB" have that film labled as a 1981 listing.

I'd actually bet money that's the one...It was 1967...

@Vamp...Ask your mother if the woman busted out all the lightbulbs so that she would be on 'even ground' with her tormentors...

And...Check this out:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0062467/

Try this too.... ask her if the killer drove around in a late 1970's triple black Lincoln T-top coupe, and in one scene, was covered in mud in which the news reporter was piecing together he was the killer. And a kukoo clock that played like 'music box' style music which was in the background in some of the messages to the victims that were phoned confirmed that fact after she broke into his apartment, as well as a slaughtered seeing-eye-dog, moving objects to toy with her and then her vision slowly came back as he was strangling her.
