I own it and loved it. I have owned it, for like 10 years or so.

Ditto. This is sort of what "The Haunting" might have been like if it had been in surround stereo. Watching "The Changeling" late at night--in a dark room--with stereo can be a rather creepy and unsettling experience.

I like The Changeling and have it in my collection.

There is no gore and very few jumps but this film did disturb me with its creepy atmosphere and a couple of disturbing scenes.

I compare it with The Woman In Black but consider the latter to be more genuinely scary than The Changeling. As ghost stories, they both work well.

You wouldnt think this would be a hard movie to find, but you'd be amazed. Ive looked in every movie store in the city and cant find a copy:mad:. Might need to break down and get it online....

I thought it was good, but what ruined it for me a little was...

*SPOILER*

... that you never get to see the ghost. The same was the case with "Session 9" & "The haunting" (the original).

Sounds are good for atmosphere, but itīs not enough for me if that is all there is.

I gave it 7-8/10, as far as i can remember.
