House

Oh, but yes. The doc is about as cynical as I am. This show never bores me.

I was surprised at first to see Hugh Laurie in this role. I'm used to seeing him in British shows (Jeeves & Wooster, for one). He does a really convincing American accent though and this character really lets him show his acting talent.

He's also a very entertaining writer, IMHO.

Love this show, first season just finshed here in the UK and looking forward to series two next year. Just hope they don't soften up his character now that his ex-wife is in the mix.

This past episode was preety good, with House hitting the patient and his Dad. Wonder if their going to continue anything with the two doctors who had sex.

I'm not sure how I feel about Formen being House's boss. I mean its a good drama twist but in the real world a resident would not supervise an attending doctor. And really the way the review board put it, Forman should only be observing House, not being his boss, or maybe I miss understood the board.

Agreed. I think the writers were getting desparate for a plot twist.
