Nightmare In A Damaged Brain

Just watched this formerly banned video nasty and although it obviously looks dated now I was surprised how good it is.
I was expecting something really bad but apart from the odd bit of wooden acting it is a decent horror movie. The version I watched is the recently re-released dvd version but judging by the explicit violence and gore it seems relatively untouched by the censor.Worth seeing if you're a fan of late seventies/early eighties horror.

This might rip off Halloween, but Nightmares in a Damaged Brain is a startlingly effective horror movie.

Right from the disturbing head-in-the-bed sequence (repeated a few times) through the seedy peep-show scene to the back-puncturing icepick business, this is top 80s exploitation.

All UK releases of this film are cut (even the old pre-VRA) of the most explicit shots of gore.

Try using Google...

For example, though you can probably find better reviews:-
