Searching for title of old movie

Cannot remember the title of an old horror movie I saw about 30-40 ? years ago.
Plot: Man inherits or otherwise acquires a cemetary and finds a strange map of cemetary. He is told not to touch it, but discovers names of living and dead are on
map. He inadvertentnly places a push pin or something on the names of the living
and they DIE!! He proceeds to use this to his own benefit, but he should have been a bit more cautious!! Anyone know the title and where I might be able to purchase DVD or VHS?
