Searching for movie title

I watched a cheasy horror flick on HBO in the early 90s. The movie featured a wealthy old surgeon who liked to perform brain surgery/torture in his basement . His comatose wife was also in the basement waiting for him and their son to find a suitable female that he could transplant her brain into. I seem to recall the lead female character was a foreign actress. I thought it was titled something like "Deadly Relations" but I can't seem to find anything on the internet. Does anyone recall the movie or title?
