Looking for a Title

I'm looking for a title of a movie I saw in either 1989 or 1990 when I was in college. The only thing I really remember about it is it's a bunch of guest in a stone (?) mansion (or something) on an island. The only other thing I really remember was a woman has her lips sown shut and she is stuffed down a chimney. The guest get cold and light a fire and it gets so hot in the chimney that her flesh melts. I saw it a few years ago on a local channel's late late movie, but don't remember the title. Everyone I know who "knows" horror films, thinks I'm nuts. Can anyone help? It probably would have been from the late 80's.
