need help! a movie about a man with a cowl
Hey everyone im new to this website.
I just wanted to know the name of a certain movie. I saw it when i was just a kid. Its about a serial killer with a cowl or a hood. And the movie takes place in a small town. I remember that the officer in the movie was a fimiliar actor. Except for that i only remember that the serial killer went in a house of a lady who had a shotgun and when she went down the stairs she tried to shoot him and he kinda faded away.
